Back App 2.0 is an ergonomic  saddle chair that both strengthens and exercises your core muscles around the spine, while you just sit on it during a workday. Back App is a unique saddle chair for people who want to prevent and cure back problems.

When you sit on Back App, the muscles that support the spine, work to ensure that you can keep your balance. Now you no longer need to do back exercises in front of the TV at night - they can be done while you work!

In the beginning the back may become a little sore from sitting. That's because the muscles around the corset is activated more than usual, and often have a limited endurance. When you have been using the Back App chair for a few weeks,  we can manage to sit for longer periods.

Wheelset for Back App
If you want to get the chair on wheels, a wheel set available separately. The chair is simply lifted up on the wheel set without any use of tools.

The Back App saddle chair comes as standard with the seat in black Nordic Wool (wool) or in red  or black Alcantara fabric (soft fabrics like velvet) and with silver gray frame.
