Below please find the Terms and Conditions for our private and corporate customers including public institutions.

1. Purchasing from Ergopartner.com
Prices are subject to change as a result of exchange rate fluctuations, war, terrorism, natural disasters, acts of God, delivery failures, tax changes, sold out and misprints. Subject to availability and delayed delivery with Ergopartner's wholesalers.

2. Prices
All prices are in EURO and inclusive of 25% VAT, unless otherwise stated.

3. Shipping
The shipping cost is Euro 25 and applies only to shipments within the following countries:

If you wish to ship to a country that is not listed above, please contact us and we will calculate a new freight price for you.
Delivery time is 2-5 working days provided the item is in stock. 

4. Cancellation
If you wish to change or cancel an already issued order, please contact us as soon as possible by telephone at +45 56 65 01 45 or e-mail info@ergopartner.com.
If you have received an order confirmation by e-mail, this may be replied and returned to sender with the "Cancellation" inserted in the subject field.

5. Order confirmation
You will receive an order confirmation on the email address you provided. Ergopartner will keep the order confirmation stored after sending it to you.

6. Payment
On Ergopartner.com the following modes of payment may be used:
- VISA card
- MasterCard
- Maestro
- Invoice (only for commercial and public institutions)
- Bank Transfer

If you pay by credit card, please be aware that it may take up to two weeks before the amount is withdrawn from your account. Ergopartner will NOT charge a fee for using credit cards.

7. Returns (does not apply to business purchases)
In all cases of returns, the item must be in a sellable condition, in its original packaging and including all manuals and accessories.
In addition, the product and original packaging must be intact and securely packed before sending to us. We do not accept packages sent to us as "beneficiary pays" from a package company.
You always have 14 days right to return when you shop with Ergopartner. This means you have 14 days from the date of delivery to notify us that the goods are unsuitable and that you wish to return them.
Please include the order number and note which item(s) are being returned. The order number must be clearly written on the outside of the package (but not directly on the original packaging).
The costs of returning goods to us will be at your own expense, and we strongly recommend that you use an insured courier service (FedEx, GLS, ANC, DHL etc.) for this and obtain a receipt of dispatch, as we will not be responsible for returned items which fail to arrive with us or which are damaged in transit.
We reserve the right to charge you for missing or damaged packaging at the rate of 15% of product value.

NOTE! There are no right to return goods manufactured specifically to suit your individual needs, if production or adaptation has begun. The production or adaptation is initiated at the time of the order receipt.

Try Free items: 
Items that have been on trial, must be returned to us or the supplier in the same condition as received. They must be packed in original packaging incl. all parts and manuals. If the item is not in the same condition as when it was sent out, we reserve the right to bill (we do not go in to small details, but the product and/or packaging must not be damaged after using packing tape or labels or spilling liquids or otherwise not being treated in a manner so that it can no longer be sold).
You can cancel the order by refusing to accept the goods, returning the goods or deliver it in person at the above address - only by prior arrangement. To facilitate the process, we ask you to contact us by phone +45 56 65 01 45 or info@ergopartner.com prior to sending back.
Once you have received the goods you carry the risk of theft, fire or the like.
If you regret your purchase, the purchase price will of course be refunded to you. This is done by a transfer to your bank account once we have received the product and verified that it meets the rules for return. It is therefore important that you inform us of your bank registration number and account number
It is not a requirement, but the handling time of your return will be considerably decreased if adequate information is supplied along with the package – e.g. copy of the order confirmation, registration and account number of the bank account to which reimbursement may be made, copies of any previous correspondence etc.

Note: We do not accept packages sent COD.

 Always remember to save the original packaging until you have decided whether to keep the product(s). The packaging of ergonomic products, represent a substantial portion of the product value, and lack of original packaging means that the sales value will be diminished and the right of return can not be exercised.

8. Warranty (for business purchases only 1 year warranty applies):
When you purchase from Ergopartner, you have 6 months warranty followed by 18 months claim right, which means that you either get the product repaired or replaced, refund or reduction in price, depending on the specific situation . This condition provides of course that the claim is justified. There is NO warranty on damages/failures AFTER the product has been taken into use - according to the Sale of Goods Act.
If the product should break within the warranty period, the product will be repaired free of charge in ours or the manufacturer's workshop. Damage to the product caused by operational error, wrong handling, modifications or gross misuse by the user, is not covered by the warranty. This includes any change of input current to any relevant component.
Ergopartner can not be held responsible for lost data or other indirect damage as goods sold by Ergopartner may have caused, unless it follows directly from the Danish legislation. Please refer to the Sale of Goods Act for modalities for complaints. Complaints must be submitted within a reasonable time after you have discovered the defect in the product. If a complaint is given within two months, the complaint will always be timely.

 IMPORTANT: We ask that you kindly contact Ergopartner by telephone +45 56 65 01 45 or email info@ergopartner.com and ask for the address to which the defective item must be sent. This is necessary since most products should not be sent to us. This minimizes the handling time of the complaint. All items must be returned with all parts, manuals, etc. When you return the product, please provide a description of the error. 
We do not accept packages sent to us by COD nor packets sent as "beneficiary pays" in a package company. Remember to send the product back in good packaging and get a receipt for shipment, so that we can refund your expenses.

9. Making use of the warrenty
Ergopartner must be notified about complaints within a reasonable time after receipt of the goods. You are strongly advised to make a statement about the product's defect in connection with the complaint. Without this, the process of handling the claim may be unnecessarily extended, due to troubleshooting.
You can make use of the warrenty by returning the defective item to our address. Items not included in the warranty and / or received without proper packaging, will be repackaged and the amount equal to Ergopartner's expenses for necessary and proper packaging, will be charged to you. Goods returned and sent to us without postage, will be denied receipt at Ergopartner.

10. Returned products that are not defective
When returning defective or wrong items to Ergopartner, where failure or malfunction defined and specified by you is not found, the item will be returned to you including a test fee of Euro 30 per half hour. Test fee is calculated on the basis of time spent during the testing and debugging.
Items should be returned with a copy of the invoice where the time of purchase of the product being claimed, is clear, as otherwise the claim will not be processed until an invoice copy is provided. Items not included in the warranty and received without proper packaging, will be repackaged and we will charge you an amount equal to our expenses for necessary and proper packaging.

11. Proper return
All products returned to Ergopartner must be securely wrapped. Damage caused by inadequate packaging may result in your rights lapse.
We recommend that the product is returned as trackable package via courier or any freight company. This will ensure that it is possible to track the package and waives any doubt as to whether the goods have been handed over to Ergopartner. Further you thereby have the opportunity to initiate a search/tracking of the package, if no delivery has taken place.

13. Special provisions for businesses
For corporate customers, the same sales conditions are valid as for retail consumers - with the following modification:
There is no right to return for corporate customers.
A 1-year warranty valid from the original date of invoice. Replacement or repair will not open a new 1 year warranty period. Ergopartner retains title to the goods purchased on credit until the full purchase price has been paid by the customer.
All costs associated with the enforcement of retention of title is assumed by the buyer. Interest shall accrue from the due date by 1% per month or part thereof.

14. Sales generally
The stated price at the time of booking is the applicable booking price. Goods for pick-up are invoiced at the current price at the time of booking, and the price will not change either by a price drop or increase.

15. Privacy Policy
On www.ergopartner.com we use cookies in order to optimize the website and its functionality , thus making your visit as easy as possible for you . You always have the option to delete cookies from your computer. This can be done as follows:
In Internet Explorer cookies are deleted under the menu "Tools " > "Internet Options" > "Delete Cookies"
To enter into an agreement with us via the website (a purchase), you have to register with your name, address, telephone number and e- mail address. We record your personal information for the purpose of delivering goods to you.
Personal information registered with Ergopartner are stored for 5 years before it will be deleted. We do not store or transmit customer data encrypted.
Information provided to Ergopartner are NOT transmitted or sold in any way to third parties, and we will not record any sensitive personal information.'

As registered with Ergopartner, you always have the right to object to the registration . You also have the right to inspect the information recorded about you. 16. Subject
Subject to obsolete items and typographical errors in prices.
